 - Michael Rivero, in response to a question about Obama's liberal use of "presidential signing statements" after specifically pledging not to do so and saying that the practice was unconstitutional.

OK - I know - it's only been 5 months and ten days since Obama took the oath of office and swore to uphold the Constitution, but I just can't wait any longer. Nothing's going to change in three weeks and the evidence is coming so fast that I can't keep up with it, so I'm going ahead with sending this.

Some of you may recall that the last part of my election observations last November was a 12-point check-list of things by which we could make a judgment: is Obama just the new puppet of the Controllers or is he an independent operator with the best intentions for the American people?  I said that I'd wait 6 months to make these evaluations of the Obama Administration (OA):

Keep this list and look it over in six months.  I hope I'm dead wrong.  But if I'm not, I'm hoping that all of you out there will recognize our propaganda-induced slumber and realize what the real agenda is and how we're all deceived and manipulated for that agenda.

So, as of today, July 1, 2009, the OA has been in office for 5+ months. Let's take a look at the list!  My comments appear in blue after each of the "measures."

I need to make one important observation before I go into the specifics. This is not about Barack Obama himself.  When I criticize "Obama", it should be understood that I'm criticizing the minions of the Controllers - the ‘Secret Government' or ‘Ruling Cabal' - who comprise the Obama administration as a group.  Obama himself is a complete non-entity in terms of policy decisions and the implementation of that policy.

The American president is now a teleprompter-reader and a guy who knows the agenda and talking points well enough to answer a few questions and lie convincingly on his feet.  Lying convincingly is part of the job description.

The media sells the President as a cult of personality, just like Britney Spears or Angelina Jolie or Mylie Cyrus.  I like the image of the magician - he performs the "trick," as a hidden deception while his other hand occupies the attention of the viewers.  The US President is like the magician's off-hand that captures the attention of the people while the trick is performed. That's why HE takes up so much of ALL the major newscasts - the illusion is being perpetrated that HE is the one in charge and it is HE who is doing things.  The only real purpose of the American president is to be the point-man for the propaganda put out by the ruling cabal behind the curtain.  The truth is that the President doesn't have time to do any policy discussion and certainly very little reading - it's all handled by the minions scurrying around him. The President is simply the focal point for the attention of the people while everything happens behind the curtain, dictated by the real controllers.

On the last Bill Maher program, he was talking about how Obama was on TV almost literally every day - on almost literally every newscast. He made a joke, saying that Obama probably has a teleprompter in his bedroom with "Who's your Daddy?" scrolling across it.

My purpose in going thru these facts is not to criticize, demonize or vilify  Barack Obama himself. That would be missing the point. My purpose is to present evidence that Barack Obama, as an American president who is in charge of anything other than casting an illusion, is just that - a very carefully crafted illusion.

OK, OK. I'll stop and give Obama the benefit of the doubt. But hey!  There's an easy way to test my theory!  Let's wait to see what he (his administration) actually DOES in the months after his swearing to complete the destruction of the Constitution - er, I mean to protect and defend the Constitution - silly me.

Here are a few things to watch for. Let's wait and see if Obama does anything at all to disrupt the Controllers' agenda OR if he does things that advance the agenda.  Keep the following list and let's let 6 months go by. After 6 months let's see what has happened.

1.  Has the Obama administration (OA) introduced legislation (or even publicly advocated) for repeal of any of the Constitution-shredding provisions of the Patriot Acts I & II, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act or reversed the dictatorial PDD-51?  Has he/they done anything at all to restore the constitutional rights that we've lost in last 8 years in the name of the war on terror propaganda construct?

Nope - no mention whatsoever of these Constitution-shredding laws and Executive Orders from the OA. Not only are they leaving these in place, they're suggesting a spate of NEW destruction of the Constitution!

2.  Are most of the 140,000 American troops out of Iraq?  Has the OA started any new wars?

Nope - they're still there and the date for their mythical "pullout" keeps getting moved farther and farther back. The American people are such suckers for lying by presidential candidates - year after year we never learn. Meanwhile the war in Afghanistan gets stepped up and we start attacking Pakistan.  (The Pakistani people are marching in gigantic numbers against the American attacks and their demonstrations are not even covered in our propaganda ministry.)  The OA just proposed the building of another mega-embassy (like the one the BA built in Iraq) in Pakistan, solidifying the obvious - that the Empire wants complete military domination of the entire Middle East.

Now the latest is that the troops are "pulling out of the cities" in Iraq. But are they leaving? - NOPE! Turns out that they're repositioning themselves outside of some of the cities, running roadblocks, in effect putting them under siege. Boy now there's some Change to Believe In!

The plan has never been to pull troops out of Iraq - that's just the lie they keep telling the people. Obama made good use of that particular lie to get elected. First Bush lied and now Obama lies - no different except that Obama's lies get delivered smoother and he's got a large following of personality cultists who believe him. The geopolitical strategy has always been to establish a huge military beachhead in Iraq - that's why we've built several gigantic, permanent bases there - and to have a permanent force of between 50-80,000 troops available for deployment anywhere in the region. 

There's no change in the policy between administrations because the same people dictate the policy to whomever is in office.

3.  Has the OA done anything to prosecute the war crimes of the Bush regime or has he pardoned/ignored them and thereby become an accessory after the fact in these worst-possible human crimes (as defined at Nuremburg).

Nope - just the opposite! The OA has done everything in its power to COVER for and obfuscate the issues behind the war crimes of the BA. Obama gives us more of the tired platitudes that he used for his presidential campaign, like "Moving forward, not looking backward." What a transparent crock!  Obama even suppresses the photos of torture under the BA - even when a court ordered that they be released!  Obama himself is now a war criminal by both commission and as an accomplice.

In an article about the Bala Baluk slaughter-by-bombing (May 3) in which 143 Pakistani civilians were killed, most of whom were children, Mike Whitney concludes:

The only difference between My Lai and Bala Baluk is the degree of savagery. In both cases the guilt can be traced directly back to the White House.

Obama believes that civilian casualties are an unavoidable part of achieving one's policy goals. The end justifies the means. He has strengthened the Bush policy, not repudiated it. So much for "change."

These drone attacks, approved by the White House, are estimated to kill 70 civilians for every "insurgent" that dies - and even the ones our military deems "insurgent" are no threat whatsoever to the USA - they are probably fighting the American empire as defenders of their own countries.   See Obama's Afghan War

Exactly what has the Obama administration done that the Bush administration would not have done? Throw even more trillions of dollars at the banking sector? Nope; that is precisely what the Bush administration would have done.

Boost American "boots on the ground" in Afghanistan? Ditto.

Give even more power to a hopelessly opaque, venal, destructive Federal Reserve? Ditto.

Foist off simulacrum reforms of the finance and banking sectors as "real reform"? Ditto.

Maintain the American presence in Iraq, regardless of announced "troop withdrawal deadlines"? Ditto.

Loudly proclaim programs to "save the American homeowner" which end up aiding a mere handful of the millions losing their homes? Ditto.

Announce bailout after bailout, all in the name of "saving jobs" even as it would have been cheaper to simply pay hundreds of thousands of people to stay home or go out and have a good time? How many jobs were saved by giving AIG $150 billion? Some of that money will flow into the gargantuan bonuses of Goldman Sachs employees, but that's also what happened when Bush and Paulson held the reins of power.

The number of jobs created or saved with that $150 billion is miniscule compared to what that money could have funded (say, 100 immense solar-power plants).

4.  Has the OA done anything to curtail the police state descending on the USA in the name of the "war on terror"? Or has the OA declared martial law and are there troops in the streets and "check-points" where we have to present our papers?

Nope.  While nothing whatsoever has been done to curtail the police state - indeed, it's been moved farther down the road to implementation - there has not yet been an overt martial-law takeover.  Obama maintains the "war on terror" propaganda each time it comes up. We actually live in a "soft" or "stealth" police state right now as we watch all the preparations for turning it into a "hard" police state being implemented before our eyes.  A recent international study of the degree of totalitarian police states around the world ranked the USA as #6 on the list. England is #5 and the people "ahead" of us are places like North Korea, China and Saudi Arabia.

This is definitely a ‘NO' on the report card.

5.  Has the OA done anything to prevent the "intelligence community" from wiretapping any citizen they choose, data-mining our communications and maintaining "watch lists" of people who have a record of political dissent and activism - or that they just happen to dislike for some other reason - maybe they've visited the wrong web sites?

Nope - no rollback on the illegal surveillance of all our communications - just legal cover from the Obama Justice Department for the communications companies who are complicit with NSA's flaunting of the 4th Amendment. Add to that the incredibly ambiguous "hate-speech" legislation that the Senate is about to pass and the assault on what used to be the "law of the land" continues unabated.

Can we enslave the American people under the BIG LIE of the War on Terror? - YES WE CAN!!!

6.  Has the OA done anything to increase the transparency of the Executive Branch after the complete stonewalling and secrecy of the Bush years? Have they allowed representatives of the Congress to see the plans for "Continuity of Government"? (Another Orwellian use of language - COG is actually the plan to suspend the Constitution and implement a takeover by "the shadow government.")

Nope - no movement whatsoever. COG is still in place and as secret as ever. The shadow government rules from behind the curtain with no effort from the OA to restore the Republic.

7.  Has anything been done to curtail the extraordinary powers of the "Department of Homeland Security" which is actually the structure in place (along with FEMA) to enslave the American people headed by the ghoulish Michael Chertoff. (Now CFR member Janet Napolitano)

Nope - nothing at all.

8.  Is the private army of Amerikan brownshirts, "Blackwater," still on the government payroll? (We pay for our own enslavement with our taxes. Your tax dollars at work.)

Yes they are - Blackwater USA is still in full operation. No mention of this by the OA or the media.

9.  Have they rescinded the state of emergency that was declared on 9/11 (allowing the covert government to be in charge behind the curtain)?

Nope - no mention of it by the OA.

10.  Have they done anything to close the southern border of the US?

Nope - still streaming Mexican nationals illegally. Napolitano is specifically on record for opposing all efforts to do so.

11.  Has the OA done anything to re-establish the sovereignty of the USA as opposed to the march toward globalization and the destruction of the borders between Canada, the US and Mexico?

Nope - their ubiquitous memberships in the CFR, Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg Group indicate that they in fact support the agenda of those organizations for the destruction of the sovereignty of the USA and the creation of the NAU on the march toward their New World Order.

12.  Has the OA opposed all efforts to "regulate" (more Orwellian doublespeak - ‘regulate' in this context is a synonym for ‘censor' and ‘control content of') the internet, or are we subject to internet censorship?

Nope - the OA has appointed a "Cyber-Czar" precisely for the purpose of regulating the internet and has declared their ability to shut it down completely in the event of any emergency - as defined solely by them, of course.  They have not yet implemented a hard censorship program, but IBM, Microsoft and Google are running (in China) versions of what we can expect to see here in the near future.

The OA immediately expanded the war in Afghanistan to (so far) 70,000 troops - number of "private contractors" is unknown.

The OA has proposed the largest military budget in history.

The OA has doubled the size of the government within his first budget submission.

The OA has presided over the massive looting of the American people by the foreign bank-gangsters who funded his election. This looting under the guise of "economic bailouts" began under Bush and continued unabated under Obama - no change.

Obama hired many, many corporate lobbyists after specifically pledging not to do so.

And the people, still ensconced in the cultivated left-right paradigm brainwashing construct, fell for it.

OK - the OA has failed the tests - every last one of them. Tyranny is overtaking this country and Obama is the benign face of that tyranny to keep the people asleep as long as possible.

I like that image.  It should be transparent by now that Obama is the puppet of the globalist banking criminals - enabling their raping of the country at every opportunity both before and after he was sworn in.

Based on the evidence at hand, I was correct in my "election rant" from Nov. 7, 2008.  Barack Obama is exactly what I contended: the newest puppet of the Global Overlords of the Ruling Class.

Resistance is futile."  SAY!  If you drop off the ‘Global' you would get ‘ORC', which is the engineered army of fighting demons created by the malevolent kingdom of Sauron in the Lord of the Rings!]

Now, the Democrat representatives are voting FOR the funding of the Iraq and Afghan wars simply because "their guy" is in the White House!  Same wars - even more money than Bush was spending on them - but now they think it's a good idea.  The hypocrisy is stunning.  But more than simple personal hypocrisy, the switched votes of these "peace Democrats" speaks to what I keep talking about - the fact that our government at the national level is near-completely controlled by the Overlords of the Ruling Class (ORCs) and they bow before the unstated ORC agenda. Jeremy Scahill piece: Obama is even using the same tired rhetoric of the Bush years - vote for the war funding "to support the troops."
